My Story

I embarked on my spiritual journey a few years ago after a period of personal trauma and financial hardship. I have since rebuilt my life with meaning and purpose through spiritual alignment, personal growth and financial transformation.

After working in NHS Finance for over 22 years, I recently took early retirement to pursue my passions, deepen my knowledge and expand my skills. This lead to the creation of Empress Energy, a safe space to share my story, real life experiences and knowledge in order to help other women overcome loss.

Spirituality is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. For many, personal trauma and financial hardship can lead to a loss of identity, confidence, self-esteem and a need for emotional and spiritual healing. Techniques such as clearing energy blockages, crystal healing,
meditation, and mindfulness all play a part in the healing process.

I had chakra healing with Karen. My first experience of this and I wasn’t sure what to expect. During the treatment I felt very relaxed and safe. I was laid down with my eyes closed. I started to feel a soft ball of warmth in my throat. I asked Karen where she was and she said she was working on my throat chakra. I found it a lovely experience and will definitely be back xx

I have known Karen for a long time and trust her professionalism and caring approach. I was unsure of what to expect from the ‘Chakra Healing’ session, but felt very at ease from the start. The room was comfortable and the aromas made it inviting with soft music being played throughout. Karen informed me of the Chakra’s and their meaning, she was gentle and her voice was soothing I felt very relaxed and was able let my mind drift. Following my session I felt renewed and Karen gave me a 7 day ‘Chakra challenge’ to help me stay focused, it gives simple actions each day to keep my energy centres open. I would highly recommend her service and I am looking forward to another session.
